About Us

Easca Group deliver industrial electrical and mechanical contracting services with a complete range of labour supply across several different sectors including Pharma, Industrial, Medical, Manufacturing and Data Centres.

With over 25 years of combined experience, working on large projects throughout Europe, EASCA Group was formed as the combined companies of both Gary and Simon. We directly employ over 300 highly skilled employees.

Gary O'Boyle

Director

Gary has over 20 years of experience in the electrical contracting industry. With strong leadership skills and a proven track records of completing large projects on time and within budget. Gary develops strong lasting customer relationships to ensure customer value and satisfaction.

Simon Kavanagh

Director

Simon served as an Electrical craft apprentice in 2001 and has since gained vast knowledge in the construction industry. He has the overall responsibility for the financial and purchasing operations of Easca group, being key to the group’s diversification and growth strategies. Simon ensures adequate systems, controls and risk management procedures are in place.

James Murphy

Operations Manager
Ireland & Switzerland

James is a highly skilled and ambitious member of our senior management team. He is responsible for the operations, management, recruitment and day to day running of our fast growing company. He is in charge of recruiting staff for both sites in Ireland and Europe on a daily basis.

Dave O'Malley

Contracts Manager Switzerland

Dave joined our team in 2019. He has a wealth of experience in the Electrical and Construction Industries. Dave manages the day to day running of our Swiss operations.

Clare Higgins

HR Manager

Human Resource Specialist Clare, has been an invaluable member of the Easca Group Team since she joined in August 2020. Her expertise in scheduling, employee training and document writing has aided Easca Group in its recent expansion.

Lilian Keane

Payroll & Accounts

Lilian joined the Easca Group team in August 2021 in the Payroll and Accounts Department. Having worked for over 16 years in the banking sector along with over 3 years in accounts and payroll departments throughout her career.

Fiachra Manhire

Recruitment Consultant

Fiachra is no stranger to people-facing roles. Having worked as a Sales manager in the construction industry for 2 years he’s moved into a career he has always considered in recruitment. Fiachra is looking forward to helping our clients hire the best talent on the market.
